About Wolves Den Yoga

Hi, I’m Christina. I’ve spent the last five years teaching power yoga to people who don’t fit the typical mold—and don’t want to. Wolves Den Yoga is for the unconventional, the curious, the ones who crave authentic connection without judgment.
My program weaves together powerful asana, mindful nourishment, and everyday awareness to create transformation that begins in the depths and rises outward.
